Resident Services Update

Over the last few months, we have been reviewing some of the processes we have in place and improving the way that we communicate with you. Following that review, we are pleased to be rolling out these streamlined changes on the new Greengate app.
From the 20th July the following functions will be available on the app and we ask residents to communicate through this platform
· Parcel deliveries
· Meter readings
· Push notifications
If you already have the app please uninstall and then install the latest version of the app to enable notifications. If you have not yet downloaded our app or created your account please do this as soon as possible.
We are changing to a new parcel platform to improve efficiency and whilst the process will work in the same way, residents will need to download the Greengate app to receive notifications when they receive parcels. By allowing push notifications on the app you will receive instant messaging about your parcel delivery.
Without the app we will be unable to send you notifications of when your parcels arrive so please ensure you download it and create an account. Please ensure you sign up for parcel notifications here
To report any maintenance issues, you can now use the app to inform us. The app will allow you to choose categories to which the issue relates to and add descriptions and images. We will receive your notification and will be in touch with you. This service means that you don’t need to call us, leave information with Concierge or come down making it much easier to log.
We will also be incorporating a list of spares and replacement parts on there that you can purchase such as fobs, lightbulbs etc
Within the maintenance section is the opportunity to request meter readings for your apartment. Once we receive a request, we will send back the reads through the app meaning you will receive them whether you are in the apartment or not. This will eliminate the need to post readings in your letterbox.
By allowing push notifications on the app we will be able to send messages to you about events, parcels, local offers, maintenance, updates, window cleaning etc. We recommend that residents allow push notifications on their phone so that the app can be fully utilised.
All other services will remain the same and you will be able to continue to book laundry, dry-cleaning and dog walking services as normal.
Following government advice on social distancing in relation to the Covid-19 virus we have as a precaution put the following services bookable through the app temporarily on hold;
· Personal Training
· Regular cleans
· One off cleans
