We believe Personal Training is a physical, psychological and emotional experience where you first increase your level of base conditioning before progressing to increase physical and cognitive skills. Every training programme is customised to address your unique fitness profile. You'll not only feel more powerful, you'll be empowered to do more - and be more.
 
Fully qualified, motivated and ready to ensure you achieve your personal fitness goals, our friendly Personal Training service will:

  • Keep you motivated in and out of training sessions
  • Devise a tailor made fitness plan

We’ll support you – Whether you are simply looking for a general fitness regime, want to look good for the beach or are desperate to train for a marathon, we’ll make sure we know all about your goals for physical fitness and advise accordingly. 

GreenGate Bootcamp

Weekly session every Wednesday 19:30-20:30, Communal Courtyard, GreenGate
(Meet at reception 19:25)

Bootcamp is a challenging free-weight workout for your entire body that mixes cardio and resistance exercises to improve your balance, strength and flexibility.  Sessions are jam-packed full of exercises that keep you moving throughout the room, burning calories and building strength and are perfect for all fitness levels as all the exercises can be modified to your ability. 

Bootcamp sessions are 1 hour long and take place every Wednesday evening in the GreenGate communal courtyard, making it a great way to meet and socialise with your fellow residents!

Bootcamp is very popular classes so please book your space. You can pre-book up to 7 days in advance using the below. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, which are easy to move in and supportive footwear.
